What can I do to ensure that I am able to have equality during an argument when I am not the one in power?

When male or female is making the money they get this power ego in their minds. What I say goes because I am making the money so you need to listen to me. I think if you get a side job or go to school to better yourself you will get your power ego as well. But by having these things really doesn't make a person better then the next it just sometimes give you a boost of self-worth. So I think you should make list on imporvement that you would like to make a do them one at a time. Good luck.
