Spiritually speaking, how do I get my daughter to forgive me when she wakes up from her concussion?

My 12 year old daughter talked back to me and even smacked me, so I took a tire iron and gave her one mive beating to the head. She's bruised and bleeding on the floor, but I feel a bit guilty for beating her senseless. Should I take her out to ice cream when/if she wakes up? Please help and God bless.
