Being charge with felony while trying to join military?

You most likely can't join. If you end up with the felony, you can't. If not, you will have misdemeanors, and still may not be able to. It's up to the judge what charge you get. Tell him you want to join the military and sincerely apologize. Tell him with a felony you will not be able to join. Go for the branch that wants people the most... if you can handle that.
