When people say some people are mixed while others are pure ancestry wise what are they talking about?

People are dumb. Race is a social concept. Anybody off the street could be 1/8 this 1/16th that and does that make that race? can you tell if someone if 1/8 something? No. Race is just how look and how you look shouldn't decide how your life is.
