13 weeks pregnant and concerned about possible Cervical Incompentant-so bad, HOW common is that?

Why are you concerned with something that hasn't happened yet? I wouldn't keep touching your cervix to check, especially since you have no clue what to really look for and you could cause some bleeding too which will freak you out even more. So just leave it alone and trust that if your Dr. says everything is ok, then don't worry. =)
