I Just Found Out I May Well Be Related To Waterloo Roads Eva Pope? Help?

Does anyone know any free websites where I can find her personal address to write to her or her phone number or something? I'm so confused about all this and have been told she's either my birth mother or maternal aunt, im 17 and was only just told, don't think I ever would of found out if it hadn't been for me finding about 20 old photos of me and Eva in a box in the attic, but now I really want to speak to her as I can't get any answers from my 'family'. Can anyone help me with this, or just advise me where to go now and what to do? Thanks x
