I have hit a plateau and can not seem to get past it.?

I do cardio or strength training at least 5 days a week for a least 1 1/2 hours a day at a pretty intense interval. I can definitely see some big changes in my muscle structure but I am not seeing the weight loss that I want to. I still want to be about 15 pounds lighter. I don't really have time to lift weight as all my time is devoted to training BJJ and MMA. Any tips on what I can do to get those extra few pounds off.
