PLEASE HELP!!! warrant in debt? court summons for Credit card Debt?

yes stop spending money. call your credit card company and make some arrangement. tell them you cant make the minimum, but want to pay them and they'll work with you. they'll take any money you can get. they wont take you to court , unless you owe thousands (and that's closer to hundreds of thousands). it costs them money to hire a lawyer and take you to court, so try to work it out. its best for both parties.
