I need ideas for a character's appearance?

very pale, maybe scars on her arms, long messy brown or dark blonde hair with big bangs, maybe like bright blue eyes to make them look a little mysterious, very skinny, bags under eyes, baggy/ripped jeans, old black hoodie, basically maybe look kind of dirty but in that wierd pretty sort of way if that makes sense? Im not sure what else...but good luck :) hope i helped
