Help make my pokemon HG/SS team please?

I would replace Victreebel with Heracross - Close Combat, Megahorn, Night Slash, Cut. He will be MUCH more help to you throughout the game. I played the game through with Victreebel too and hardly used him except to train him. I put Heracross on my team before the Elite 4 and he was very helpful. As for your blank spot, Tyranitar - Stone Edge, Crunch, Earthquake, Aerial Ace is a good choice. So is Dragonite - Waterfall, Outrage, Fly, Fire Punch.
