Am I right????????(movie Rest Stop)?

I have heared some say the rv couple were ghosts through out the movie but after watching it a few times here is how I see it. At the end of the movie you see them bury a body then shortly after get killed. I think that they were burying the girl's boyfriend not the "Trucker".Since the "Trucker" was clearly not from this world he couldn't have been dead. The only ghosts were the girl in the restroom and the cop.Am I right?????????
