Is It Common For People Of One Faith Not To Attend Services Of Other Faiths?

I think it is common, but not as common as people deciding to belong to one religion without exploring all others.

Iis it ever okay to change your oil every 7.8 thousand miles, even once?

It's doubtful that you did any extensive damage. It could have, however.. Depends on what oil you were using. If you were using cheap Dino oil, 7.8K is a lot of miles.

Would you marry (had married) a highschool dropout?

I dropped out of highschool when I was 16..But went back and got my diploma before I was 18. I am now 19 in college. My ex husband however, he did not finish high school. Like a idiot, he dropped out 1 semester away from graduating. It didn't work out between us. He never thought about things before he spoke. He just wasn't SMART at all! If they are at least trying to finish or continue their education, then dropping out of high school should not be an issue. If they are just straight lazy and dont want to continue or finish I wouldn't marry them (not repeating that mistake).

Life support surrogate decision makers...?

The person in question should sign a legal doent that is an advance directive. It states their wishes in advance, in case something like this happens. The person states what decision on "plug pulling" should me made, in which case, and/or who will make that decision if he/she cannot. Hospitals usually provide you this form if you go in for surgery. But I think you can get one done.
